The Squash Factory Schengen-Lëtzebuerg association is run by a dynamic board, with a LUXQF3-certified female president in administrative management, reflecting both our commitment to gender equality and our dedication to establishing a professional and competent structure at all levels of the club.

Our highly qualified coaching team is certified by the World Squash Federation, with our Head Coach holding the LUXQF5 qualification and international tutor status. This expertise ensures quality training for all our members, from beginners to advanced players.

The safety and well-being of all our members are ensured by our dedicated Safeguarding Officer, who maintains a healthy, respectful, and protected sporting environment for everyone, in accordance with international best practices.
